Compared to the group that never jog, the risk of death in both men and women jogging routine decreases up to 44 percent. Data shows, taking into account the age factor, jogging can increase the life expectancy of men up to 6.2 years longer and women 5.6 years longer.
According to the researchers, the most ideal jogging is done for one up to 2.5 hours in one session with moderate pace. Within a week, jogging should also performed between two to three times.
