Adult stem cell technology is dramatically expanding the horizons of skin care development. This revolution in the science of youth is made possible because of the intersection of bio-engineering technology and years of product formulation expertise. The elements of this stem cell technology include the following:
  • The greatest abundance of stem cells in the body is in adipose (fat) tissue
  • In a hypoallergenic process, the stem cells are extracted from the adipose tissue
  • The stem cells are then cultured in a nutrient-rich media which becomes infused with the characteristics of the stem cells
  • These “miracle molecules” are then extracted from the media using a sophisticated filtration process, leaving behind the actual stem cells
  • This stem cell media is then formulated with other state-of-the-art ingredients to create a “one of a kind” anti-aging facial serum, LUMINESCE™ cellular rejuvenation serum
  • This serum has been formulated with regulatory proteins, cytokines and interleukins, which replicate those same elements in the human body. Since these proteins have the same attributes, whether in the body or in this serum, there is a perfect interaction between this extraordinary product and natural body processes
  • Support improved metabolism and gene activation for potential weight loss benefits
  • The stem cell technology delivers more than 200 growth factors already found in natural skin. These growth factors and cytokines enter the pores of the skin then penetrate the epidermal barrier
Daily application of Luminesce cellular rejuvenation serum™ results in damaged skin cell repair and new skin tissue regeneration, leaving skin luminous, smooth, and firm. With a noticeable reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, this advanced skin care formula has shown remarkable and safe results.

Frequently asked questions regarding the Luminesce product.
What is the advantage of the adult stem cell technology in Luminesce?
The stem cell conditioned media in Luminesce contains human cytokines, which have the same attributes as the cytokines in the human body. This allows for a perfect interaction between our product and natural body processes.
In what specific ways does Luminesce produce results?
The growth factors and cytokines provided by the stem cell technology penetrate through the pores of the skin and work with natural body processes to stimulate production of matrix proteins such as collagen and elastin. This is what helps to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
What is the relationship between growth factors and the stem cell technology?
The patent-pending technology of Luminesce provides for the delivery of key growth factors found in natural skin. As we age, the production of these growth factors within skin is reduced, and leads to wrinkling and thinning of the skin. By re-introducing these factors through the daily application of Luminesce, damaged skin cells may be repaired, and skin tissue re-generated.
What are some of the most significant benefits from using Luminesce?
The visible results of applying Luminesce daily include the possible diminishing of the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, increased luminosity of the skin and restoring the youthful smoothness of skin.
What is the timeframe to see these visible results?
As the effects of Luminesce work in tandem with natural processes of skin renewal, visible results will vary from person to person due to varying skin conditions. Moderate skin renewal may occur within 4 weeks, but optimal improvement to the skin is generally not reached until after 3 months of daily use.
What is to be expected if a consumer stops using the product?
There will be no negative side-effects, at all. But the benefits of using the product will not continue if the product is no longer used. The visible signs of aging will eventually return.
Is there any problem from continuous usage of Luminesce?
None at all. The longer you use this product, the more benefits you will receive and the longer the results will last.
What is the best way to apply Luminesce?
Luminesce comes in a pre-measured pump. One to two pumps of the product applied to the face and neck twice daily, is the recommended dosage. It is ideal to apply the product once in the morning and again in the evening. This allows time between applications for the dermal fibroblast to process the growth factors and cytokines in order to perform the needed skin tissue repair.
How should Luminesce be used with other skin care products?
After washing your face, you may choose to apply a toner first. However, no other creams or serums should be applied before Luminesce as this will block the product from being properly absorbed into the skin.
Does Luminesce contain live stem cells?
No stem cells are in the product. Rather, a natural liquid media which has been conditioned by the adult stem cells is the active ingredient in Luminesce. This conditioned media contains cytokines and growth factors which interact perfectly with the body’s natural processes to repair damaged skin cells and re-generate new skin tissue.
Luminesce contains more than 200 growth factors. How many growth factors are normally in such an upscale product?
There is no product currently on the market that has anything that resembles Luminesce and the growth factors, cytokines and interleukins. Although many products contain growth factors from plants and apples, these are not as effective as Luminesce because they do not communicate with our cells like human-derived growth factors do.
What type of communication does this refer to?
The growth factors are the metaphorical language of the cells and are used to communicate certain specific instructions for cells to carry out, such as lowering inflammation, building new blood vessels and producing collagen. Not only the growth factors, but also the cytokines and interleukins help carry out these instructions. Ongoing research continues to define more and more about this cellular communication process.
What effect does the product have on acne and stretch marks?
The product works to decrease inflammation associated with both conditions and heal the tissues. With stretch marks, it is best to begin using the product when they are just occurring, however, it can work over time for older stretch marks, as well.
Can pregnant women use Luminesce?
There is nothing in the product that will harm a pregnant woman or her baby, however, it is always advisable to consult with your physician.
How soon after hair removal can someone use Luminesce?
Luminesce can be applied right after hair removal. In fact, applying Luminesce helps the skin cells to recover faster. It is important to remember that this product was initially developed as a wound healing product. Luminesce can be applied after facials, chemical peels, dermal abrasions and waxing.
Is there any danger of replicating or increasing the growth of cancerous cells?
The growth factors, cytokines and interleukins that are used in Luminesce destroy bad cells and replace them with healthy cells, so there is no risk of replicating or increasing the growth of cancerous cells. However, this product is not to be used as a cancer treatment.
What effect does the product have on skin prone to keloid scarring?
Tests show that if Luminesce is used on fresh scars of any type, including keloid scars, good healing results occur.
After applying Luminesce, is it absorbed into the layers of the skin?
Absolutely. The state of the art formulation of Luminesce allows deep penetration to the cellular level of the skin. This is one of the reasons that this product is so effective.
Is Luminesce compatible with the body’s natural processes?
100% compatible. Luminesce simply stimulates the body’s cells to repair and renew themselves by telling the cells to re-create their structures on a molecular level.
Is there any conflict when using Luminesce along with other skin care products?
None.
Can you use too much of this product?
No. There are no negative consequences of using more than the recommended dosage.

You Are What You Eat: Diet Tips for Every Age

Your complete guide to staying slim and healthy at every age. Plus, try out a virtual body makeover to see how you'd look if you lost or gained weight!
It's no secret that a diet of sweets and fried foods will lead to the dreaded muffin top. But what should you eat to keep trim and strong? What works for women in their 20s will not necessarily work for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Here, how to be healthy in each decade.
In Your 20s

"Your body is in build-up mode," says Ashley Koff, a dietician in Los Angeles. "Having a balanced eating routine will improve your weight and health."

Let go of your college ways. Still eating your first meal at 3:00 p.m.? Not a good idea if you're trying to lose weight. "Eating every three to four hours will maintain optimal metabolic efficiency," advises Stephen Gullo, president of New York's Center for Health and Weight Sciences. And forget about the drive-through. "You cut out extra salts, sugars, and preservatives when you cook at home," says Koff.

Eat right for energy. Bagels are convenient in a rush, but white, refined carbs metabolize quickly, causing blood sugar to spike and tumble down, explains Joy Bauer, a New York nutritionist and author of Slim & Scrumptious. She suggests whole grains coupled with protein for breakfast, as protein slows down the carbohydrate-absorption rate. And to keep your energy up during the day, eat greens like broccoli and spinach or drink green juices. "They have a tremendous energizing component," notes Koff.

Cut down on caffeine. You may have survived midterms with Red Bull, but caffeine causes the body to excrete calcium, which you need for bone density, says Koff. She suggests reducing your overall caffeine fix and switching to tea.

Watch your alcohol intake. Abstain from sugary mixes and drink wine, light beer, or hard liquor mixed with club soda in moderation. Warns Koff, "Be sure to hydrate not only with water but with water-based fruits and veggies and potassium-rich coconut water and avocado."
In Your 30s

You'll begin to notice the effects of aging on your body. "As your metabolism slows, you may find it hard to lose or maintain weight," says Mehmet Oz, vice chair and professor of surgery at Columbia University in New York.

Avoid mommy syndrome. "This means becoming a compactor for your children's leftovers or skipping meals because your needs come second now," notes Gullo. "Carry a Ziploc bag of GG Bran Crispbread, Laughing Cow light cheese, or a protein bar."

Enhance energy. Tired from balancing your kids, career, and social life? High-quality carbs and protein provide a prolonged energy effect, explains Bauer. Try to incorporate edamame, black beans, kidney beans, and chickpeas into your snacks and meals.

Restore nutrients. During pregnancy, your stored nutrients become depleted. It's important to replenish with nutrient-dense healthy fats like almonds, flaxseed oil, olives, and nut butter.

Boost your metabolism. If you're having trouble dropping extra weight, Oz has a few tricks to help shed pounds: "Eating a tablespoon of chopped red or green chili pepper can temporarily boost your metabolic rate by 23 percent. Green tea is known to rev up your metabolism for a few hours. Digesting fish, a great source of protein, will burn twice as many calories as digesting fat or carbohydrates."
In Your 40s

"As you go into a perimenopause period and eventually reach menopause, estrogen levels start to decline and make you more prone to water retention," says Gullo. He adds, "Your metabolic efficiency will continue to decline."

Limit carbohydrates to beat bloating. "Every gram of a carbohydrate binds with three to five grams of water, which creates additional bloat," notes Gullo. "To minimize retention, focus your diet heavily on vegetables that are low in starch and high in fiber." Try mustard greens, asparagus, endive, broccoli, and cauliflower.

Don't crash diet. "Anything with short-term consequences won't help," says Koff. "Your body is losing elasticity and will not recover as well from constantly dropping and gaining weight."

Clear out estrogen. As you go through hormonal changes, it's important to properly metabolize hormones like estrogen to help prevent certain cancers. Koff recommends adding ground flaxseed and apples to your diet, as well as a balance of vegetable and animal proteins like tofu, beans, lentils, and wild fish.
In Your 50s

At this age, your risk for diseases increases. Experts agree that being mindful of your diet can help keep you healthy.

Help your heart. "Your risk of having cardiovascular disease goes up to almost 40 percent," warns Oz. Adds Koff, "After menopause, women carry more weight in their abdomen, which affects the heart. Omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins play a key role in heart health." Try wild fish, soybeans, whole grains, and broccoli.

Battle breast cancer. "About 75 percent of cases occur in women 50 or older," says Oz. "Limit alcohol to less than one drink a day and fat intake to less than 35 percent of your daily calories, and restrict foods high in saturated fat. There is a clear link between obesity and breast cancer."

Add antioxidants. Your body is gradually slowing down, so keep it strong with cancer-fighting antioxidants found in berries and beans.
In Your 60s+

"This is where you will reap the benefits of a life well lived," says Oz. But it's never too late to start. "Within three months of shifting your lifestyle, your survival curve shifts to a new level."

Eat meals more often. "Spreading three meals out into five or six can reduce the stress of eating on your body and keep your metabolism from being overworked," explains Oz.

Fill up on fruits and veggies. Look for ones high in vitamins C and E, which can lower your risk for Alzheimer's disease, notes Oz. Try citrus fruits, broccoli, tomatoes, chard, and mustard greens.

Strengthen your immune system. "Aging can cause you to become immunocompromised," explains Koff. Shiitake mushrooms, wild salmon, and vitamin D supplements help support your system.

Ease aches. "Foods that reduce inflammation will help ease pain," says Bauer. Try pure pumpkin (not the pie mix), red bell peppers, turmeric, and ginger.

Eat less, live longer? "We certainly have some interesting research to back up this theory, but the quality of life is important too," says Bauer. Adds Gullo, "If you're 'food smart,' you can eat more and still consume fewer calories. For example, most fish has fewer calories and fat per ounce than beef." He also explains that some studies suggest that resveratrol supplements may mimic the results of a calorie-restricted diet to enhance longevity.

BANK YOUR FAT TO LOOK YOUNGER

Should you store your fat cells? Wendy Schmid investigates the latest cosmetic phenomenon, which may be the final answer to maintaining a youthful face. Also read her article on the lunchtime facelift.
Banking your valuables just makes sense. Your Cartier jewels. Your eggs. And now, it seems, your fat. There's renewed excitement about fat as a cosmetic filler thanks to the skin-rejuvenating stem cells it contains, and some doctors are advising liposuction patients to put their removed fat on ice. The idea: Bank it now so you can inject it into your face later to fill wrinkles, replace lost volume, and potentially regenerate skin. It may sound like weird science, but at BioLife Cell Bank in Dallas (the first fat bank in the U.S.), the number of patients banking their fat has doubled every three months since late last year.
ANTIAGING INSURANCE Doctors aren't yet suggesting fat removal solely for storage, but that may be the advice in the near future. "Removing fat when you're younger — in your 20s, 30s, or 40s — is better because stem cells aren't as potent by your 50s and 60s," says Dallas craniofacial surgeon David Genecov, who cofounded BioLife last year and serves as its medical director. How long can you bank it? "At least 20 years," he states. So if you're 25, you could ostensibly freeze your fat as an antiaging safety net and then inject it when you're 45.
How it works: For a successful stem-cell fat transfer at a future date, the key is to freeze and bank living, undamaged fat cells. "Traditional liposuction damages the fat too much, which is one reason fat injections were unreliable in the past," says Scottsdale, Arizona, cosmetic surgeon Todd Malan. Newer, more advanced liposuction techniques, such as Vaser and Body-Jet, use gentler methods to break the fat into tiny particles before suctioning it out with a low-pressure vacuum. And what if you want to store fat but don't want — or need — full-scale lipo? "We can easily remove 10 to 12 ounces, about the size of a soda can, from your buttocks or thighs, and you'll have enough face filler stored for the rest of your life," says Malan. In an hour-long, virtually pain-free procedure, the area is numbed, then the skin is punctured with an IV-size needle and a microcannula is inserted to suck out the fat. (Cost: from $2,500.)
Once the fat is removed, it's shipped to the bank, assigned a barcode-like identifier, and preserved in liquid-nitrogen vapor. (The cost is comparable to that of egg, umbilical-cord-blood, or sperm storage: $1,700 for the first year and $200 a year afterward.) When you're ready to reinject the stored fat, your doctor notifies the bank and requests the appropriate amount. A portion of your fat and stem cells is separated and recombined with a high-tech centrifuge, placed in syringes, and FedExed back to your doctor for your appointment. (Cost: $2,500.) (The rest remains banked for future use as new signs of aging arise.) Sound pricey? If you reinject your fat in five years, the cost of microlipo, storage, and reinjection is roughly what you'd pay for twice-yearly hyaluronic-acid fillers (like Restylane and Juvéderm) over the same period of time.
FUTURE PERFECT Melissa M., 32, from Scottsdale, sees banking her fat as a bonus after her recent Body-Jet liposuction. "It's fantastic because I don't want to put temporary synthetic fillers in my face as I age. I'd much rather use my own tissue." And with good reason: When injected into the skin layers, fat provides an instant — often permanent — fill, smoothing cheeks, undereye hollows, and nasolabial folds, while stem cells are believed to enhance blood flow and spur collagen growth. The result? Over many weeks, skin becomes thicker and more youthful in tone, texture, and vibrancy. "It's an exciting advance because when the body is dealing with its own tissue, there's less of an inflammatory response and more potential for results that last," says Malan. In other words, you've got much to gain and not much to lose but a few ounces.

THE NEW YOUTH PILLS

Can two much-hyped supplements really slow aging? Wendy Schmid investigates. Also read her article on storing your fat cells.

You exercise and eat right, but your body is getting older each year. You just have to accept it, right? Maybe not. "Aging is typically seen as inevitable, but it's actually a condition that's treatable," says Harvard geneticist David Sinclair. "Our bodies have an extraordinary ability to repair themselves." Two increasingly popular supplements, resveratrol and TA-65, seem to tap into those healing mechanisms. In separate studies, these plant-derived compounds have been shown to activate enzymes in mice that trigger their bodies' DNA repair process. Those enzymes exist in our bodies too, and now everyone from pro athletes and A-listers to the doctors who treat them are downing pills in hopes of providing a kick-start. Should you?

RESVERATROL & TA-65
In 2006, Sinclair helped break the news that resveratrol, a polyphenol found in red wine, appeared to activate enzymes called sirtuins, which exist in our cells but tend to become less active in midlife. (Enzymes regulate chemical processes that help keep our bodies functioning.) Scientists think sirtuins, in addition to increasing DNA repair, promote cell survival, fat burning, and better sugar metabolism. "By activating the sirtuin SIRT1, resveratrol tricks the body into thinking it's exercising and dieting even when it's not," says Sinclair. People taking resveratrol in over-the-counter supplements have noted increased energy, metabolism, and concentration, all hallmarks of youth. Other positives: Resveratrol has been shown to slow or stop the growth of certain cancers in mice, and human clinical trials are under way. The new reason to take it is that recent research indicates it may also suppress inflammation, which could arguably lead to a more wrinkle-free face.
Meanwhile, T.A. Sciences' supplement TA-65, named for a molecule extracted from Chinese astragalus root, a potent antioxidant, reportedly activates our cells' telomerase — another enzyme with antiaging benefits. By doing so, TA-65 is said to restore telomeres, the protective "caps" at the ends of our DNA strands that shorten each time the cell divides, leading to cell death over time. Many signs of physical aging can be attributed to shortened telomeres, so restoring them could potentially turn back the clock. (In the future, testing telomere length may be as common as testing your cholesterol.) But these pricey pills (from $2,400 a year), which are distributed by doctors and marketed to the 40-plus set, are controversial: Telomerase activity is also associated with malignant cell growth, and some doctors fear this concentrated supplement could turn precancerous cells into cancer. "It's worrisome," says Andrew Weil, founder and program director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, who recommends waiting for further research. Florence Comite, a Manhattan endocrinologist and age-management specialist who dispenses TA-65, doesn't believe there's a connection. Within six months of taking TA-65, she stopped using her reading glasses; after two years, she thinks her skin is smoother. "I've seen it extend the length of patients' DNA," she says, "but there are no long-term studies." In one small study, TA-65 appeared to rewind aging in mice — regrowing their hair, thickening their skin — and patients have reported similar results. "As research accumulates, I see it becoming more accessible and mainstream," predicts Comite.
HOPE IN A BOTTLE
Could this new focus on enzymes help us win the war on aging? "I don't think it's a matter of if but when," Sinclair says. Wondering what to take? Consider this: Sinclair religiously takes his own custom formulation of resveratrol. New York celebrity nutritionist Oz Garcia is also a believer; he takes and recommends Integrative Therapeutics' Resveratrol Ultra  to his clients. Genesis Today's 4Resveratrol is a nationwide best seller at Whole Foods. Isagenix's new telomere-support supplement, Product B , contains resveratrol. And while TA-65 isn't part of Garcia's own regimen, astragalus-root supplement from the health-food store is. Used for centuries in Chinese medicine, astragalus, like resveratrol, "helps reduce stress, inflammation, and oxidative damage," says Garcia. And that, we know, is good for our DNA.

The Benefits of Stem Cell Science to Your Health

What is a Stem Cell? The National Institute of Health defines a Stem Cell in this way: “Stem cells have the remarkable potential to develop into many different cell types in the body. Serving as a sort of repair system for the body, they can theoretically divide without limit or replenish other cells as long as the person is still alive. When a stem cell divides, each new cell has the potential to remain either a stem cell or become another type of cell with a more specialized function, such as a muscle cell, a red blood cell or a brain cell”.
Adult Stem Cells are predominantly formed in the bone marrow. And, just as in the beginnings of life, adult stem cells can literally change into any type of cell in the body throughout life. The adult stem cells are released from the bone marrow into circulation in the blood stream to seek out problem areas, then renew and restore those areas.
Example: The Heart When circulating stem cells find the heart in reduced health, they exit the bloodstream, attach to the heart and actually become brand new heart muscle cells, analogous to the original cells that originally created the once infant heart. They then begin dividing into still more new heart muscle cells. The same with the liver, the kidneys, the brain, the skin, eyes, any organ, tissue, muscle, bone, connective tissue – literally any part of the body that is in need of restoration.
How do Stem Cells affect my health? The National Institute of Health identifies 74 treatable diseases using adult stem cells in therapy. These costly and complex therapies typically deliver a large quantity of adult stem cells to the area undergoing treatment. Most require that stem cells be harvested from the patient or adult donor, programmed in a lab to become a specific type and cell and then injected into the body. For treatment of disease these therapies are many times the best method of recovery, producing truly remarkable results. Thankfully, most of us don’t have issues that require these extensive procedures.

According to medical science, adult stem cells assist in: Cancer; leukemia, auto immune disease including diabetes, lupus, crohn’s disease and arthritis; cardiovascular disease, including acute heart damage and chronic coronary artery disease; corneal regeneration; parkinsons, stroke; anemias and other blood conditions; liver and blood disease.
For those of us just wanting to maintain optimal health or fight the effects of aging, injury and day to day wear and tear, a smaller but steady release of our existing stem cells into the blood stream can produce considerable health benefits.

When stem cell nutrition is used as a daily supplement over time, the stimulation of billions of additional stem cells in the blood stream could be one of the safest and most efficient methods for maintaining optimal health that science has yet discovered.

Sports Performance, Recovery and Stem Cell Nutrition. Young, old, weak, strong, elite athlete, casual athlete, non-athlete, someone recovering from injury, everyone enjoys having strength, flexibility and stamina. For professional athletes and the weekend warriors fast healing and complete recovery is in demand. The opportunities for Stem Cells to enhance this procedure and shorten time-frames for recovery are becoming evident. The numbers of your own stem cells available in your body can be enhanced by an average of 25% within 1 hour.
Adult Stem Cells – the best anti-aging system ever known. Knowing what adult stem cells do in the human body, dosen’t it make sense that having more of them in the blood stream will undoubtedly have profound effects on your health, wellbeing, and provide an until now, untapped resource for fighting the effects of aging?

What do the experts say? One of the USA’s leading experts in adult stem cell science is Dr. David A Prentice, Ph.D., a professor at Indiana University School of Medicine. The National Institute of Health funds much of his research. In 2003, he presented a detailed paper to the President’s Council on Bioethics, referring to many studies. In closing, he added:
“ Adult stem cells have significant capabilities for growth, repair and regeneration of damaged cells and tissues in the body, akin to a built-in repair kit or maintenance crew that needs only activation and stimulation to accomplish repair of damage. Direct stimulation of andogenous (already present in the body) adult stem cells within a tissue may be the easiest, safest and most efficient way to stimulate tissue regeneration. Such stimulation need not rely on any added stem cells”

He could not have known then that in 2006, stem cell technology would provide a product as simply as a daily supplement in capsule form that would directly stimulate stem cells in the manner he was describing.

PubMed.gov – From the National Library of Medicine and The National Institutes of Health
The documentation of adult stem cell function by mainstream science and medical research are virtually endless. The previous are just a fraction. To find more, just visit the science and medical community’s online source for retrieving such papers and articles – www.PubMed.org. Type stem cell in the search box and have access to more than 150,000 studies. Adult stem cell will yield 30,000+ papers.
The Circulation System and Adult Stem Cells.
The Circulatory system is an organ system driven by the heart, to provide a constant supply of blood to the body through the blood vessels. Your circulation of blood plays a very important role in your health as it transports adult stem cells, red & white blood cells, hormones, plasma etc. At the capillary /venule bed (microcirculation) there is the movement of nutrients to the cells of the body i.e. vitamins, minerals, amino acids (protein ), carbohydrates like glucose, fats. There is also the release of oxygen to the cells; removal of carbon dioxide from the cell and removal of metabolic acids (by products of the cell )
These are extremely important functions to have working efficiently in your body. It is important to know how small your blood vessels are at this microcirculation level. Often these blood vessels are only one red blood cell wide. So it is essential for health that the micro blood vessels are open and free flowing. Otherwise at this cellular level all the transportation is decreased! Remember this is cellular, it is happening at the micro level of your whole body, that’s inside your brain and every other organ and gland!
One of the main factors that inhibit our micro circulation is fibrin.
What is Fibrin? Fibrin is an insoluble protein that makes up a blood clot by forming a network in which red blood cells and platelets are trapped. A Blood clot is formed by the action of thrombin on fibrinogen, this is a normal function and very essential. BUT, when there are free radicals in our blood from oxidative stress, the free radicals act in a similar way to thrombin and cause fibrin threads to appear in the blood.
(Oxidative stress is caused by the cells’ use of oxygen, a normal process that assists in cell signalling, but under various factors like AGE, LIFESTYLE, DIET, SMOKING, TOXIN EXPOSURE, LOW ANTI OXIDANT NUTRIENTS, STRESS there is an increase in FREE RADICALS.)
It is Fibrin that can slow down and inhibit our fine circulatory blood vessels.
It is important to know how common the presence of fibrin is. If you are 30 years old and live an average Australian/New Zealand life it is most likely that you will already have detectable levels of fibrin affecting your microcirculation. Remember this is affecting the red blood cells ability to exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide, and your body’s ability to absorb nutrients and transfer adult stem cells at a cellular level.
When the body is supported with enzymes that breakdown fibrin, and supplied with anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients, blood flow is increased. Then adult stem cells, immune cells, nutrients and oxygen can be delivered to areas where they are needed, helping to maintain optimal health.A Stem Flow enhancer can Reduce Oxidative Stress
wikipedia states: In humans, oxidative stress is involved in many diseases, such as Atherosclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Heart Failure, Myocardial Infarction, Alzheimer's disease, Fragile X Syndrome[1] and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

A proprietary blend of herbs and all natural ingredients that support optimal blood circulation by reducing fibrin and oxidative stress in the blood, detoxifying the blood and improving overall blood flow and reducing Oxidative stress.
Here is a list of the ingredients in one Stem cell flow enhancer...

Fibrinerase - A proprietary blend of plant-based enzymes that help digest fibrin and debris in the blood supporting optimal blood flow
Mangosteen - An extraordinary fruit originally from Southeast Asia that is well known for its antioxidant properties.
Berry Extract - A special formulation of berry extracts with proven high antioxidant potential designed to neutralize the production of damaging 'free-radicals' in the body. Good manufacturers use only extracts which have a high ORAC and CAP-e values. ORAC and CAP-e are the industry standard for measuring the effectiveness of any antioxidant product
Cat's Claw - Also called the 'Sacred Herb of the Rainforest', this tropical vine which is found in the jungles of the Amazonian Basin, provides potent unique antioxidant support.
Curcumin - Extracted from the Turmeric plant, curcumin has been used for centuries in Southeast Asia to help cleanse the blood and detoxify the body.
Silicate - Rich in minerals, silicate has been shown to have strong antioxidant properties to help reduce oxidative stress.
Three Way Defence
The product we have been exploring delivers a triple-defense response to supporting your body's ability to naturally renew itself. It helps support optimal blood flow by providing the following:
Digests Fibrin. This product contains proteolytic enzymes that help digest fibrin and minimize the effect of fibrin build-up thereby ensuring optimal blood flow in smaller blood vessels and capillaries.
Reduces Oxidative Stress. Stem cell flow enhancers contains some of the most powerful antioxidant ingredients available today. By helping to lower oxidative stress, this product helps keep oxidative damage and fibrin production in check.
Helps Detoxify the Body. This Stem cell flow enhancer contains ingredients which have been shown to assist in the elimination of toxins from the body. The result is a lowering of oxidative stress in the vascular system and an optimization of blood fluidity.

By helping to keep the highways and byways of our circulatory system free and clear, this product supports the smooth 'trafficking' of stem cells everywhere in the body. In clinical studies, the stem cell flow enhancer was shown to improve blood circulation within thirty minutes of consumption. The study showed increased blood circulation in capillaries as well as substantial reduction in blood markers associated with fibrin production and oxidative stress.

Your Face Shape and Earrings

Earrings make any woman look more charming and attractive. There are appropriate types for every occasion and any woman.
Due to the fact they are close to the face, earrings must compliment one’s face shape. There are also several basic styles that can be worn from day to evening and are appropriate for a variety of clothing options and occasions.
How to choose earrings?
ou should identify your face shape first to decide what style of earrings will compliment your face best. Consider what will enhance your good features. Take into consideration the cut and color of your hair, your skin tone, your body size and clothes you’re wearing.

How To Mix Prints

This summer it’s all about being bold. Think about it, neon shoes, graphic and assymetric silhouettes and bright prints are all there to make the summer style bright as ever. While neon shoes can make a bright accent in your look mixing prints can be a completely different thing. You take one print and another print and then what? How does one make it look wearable, bold, but not flashy flashy?

Tips On Mixing Prints:

Stay In Same Color Family

To pull off mixed prints wear them in colors of same color family. This will help you coordinate them better and keep the look bold yet not over-the-top. Start with neutral colors and then when you are more confident with mixing prints try brighter colors.

Scale

Scale is very important when mixing prints. The mixed prints should be of same scale or size in order to look good together. Start with simpler prints like stripes and polka dot to get more comfortable with mixing prints then go for bolder and more complex prints. Dolce & Gabbana make a great example of mixing complex prints in an outfit.

Mixing Prints With Black

Black is a neutral and classic color but it doesn’t always work with bright prints as it looks too heavy and out of the color scheme. Choose wearing solid black only if your printed item is in dark colors or includes black. For instance, Emilio Pucci paired a black crop top with printed maxi skirt in black and red.

Throw In Solids

Throw in a solid color into the ourfit when mixing up prints to make the look more wearable. It can be a printed top and a solid blazer or vice versa, printed pants and printed top with solid blazer. Options are limitless.

Ready-to-Wear

Ready-to-wear pieces in mixed prints save your the trouble of mixing prints up. You just have to find a frock that fits well and accessorize. It’s best to choose solid colors for footwear and other accessories for such an outfit to balance it out just a bit. You can choose one color from the print and use it in shoes and bags or go neutral.

Caffeine Against Depression

American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published this research based on the study of 250 women through two menstrual cycles and found out that caffeine changes the level of estrogen, but with a different effect based on race. They consumed 90 milligrams of caffeine, equivalent to one cup of coffee.

In Asians, that drank more then average intake of caffeine (200 milligrams), the level of estrogen increased, which is similar to black participants. Effect was exactly the opposite at white participants. Estrogen level decreased significantly with increasing caffeine.

The good news is that the changes have no significant effect on healthy women. Caffeine still has many positive effects.

Sarah Jessica Parker Lists NYC Townhouse for $25M

The Sex and the City star and husband Matthew Broderick have put their Greenwich Village brownstone on the market for a whopping $25 million. But that doesn’t mean the superstar couple will be leaving the cobblestone streets of the picturesque Manhattan neighborhood anytime soon.
Though they’re longtime owners of a home on quiet, quaint Charles Street, Parker and Broderick plunked down $18.9 million for the five-story, 25-foot-wide townhouse — located at 20 East 10th Street — in March 2011, according to the New York Observer.
But the pair reportedly never packed up to switch digs.
The longtime couple and their three children, James Wilkie, almost 10, and 3-year-old twins Marion and Tabitha, stayed put in their Charles Street home.
After remaining in their first Village abode, the couple is hoping to turn a profit on their other pricy pad just off Fifth Avenue by selling it for $24.5 million through Sotheby’s.
But the hefty price-tag buys an awe-inspiring brownstone. Though they never moved in, Parker and Broderick invested in some extensive upgrades to the building.
The six-bedroom, five-bath home sprawls over 6,800 square feet in the coveted downtown NYC neighborhood. The sun-drenched townhouse boasts a full-floor master suite, a fifth-floor loft space, seven fireplaces, a state-of-the-art security system and a greenery-adorned deck and backyard, according to the 2009 listing. A buyer also may be lured in by the double parlor, 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and a library. And by the fact that Parker and Broderick almost lived there.
