Tasty recipes fettucini


Fettucini, soaked until white, boiled briefly.
100 grams of margarine
1 onion chopped
3 pieces of garlic minced
50 g wheat flour
1 liter of liquid milk (can be made from 5 cups of water and 5 tablespoons milk powder)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon pepper
½ tsp sugar
Grated cheddar cheese & parsley to taste
Smoked beef, diced
Canned mushrooms, thinly sliced

How to Make:
1. Saute onion and garlic in margarine until fragrant.
2. Enter smoked beef and mushrooms, stir until cooked.
3. Mix the flour, milk, oregano, basil pepper, salt, sugar.
4. Enter stir flour mixture into the onions.
5. Stir well, if it's too thick can be added to the water
6. Enter the grated cheese and stir well.
7. Fettucini can be incorporated into the batter sauce or served
8. At the time served sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and parsley
