Using high heels regularly is bad for women’s health

A recent study shows that use of high heels can cause permanent change in the way women walk.
Further, regular use of high heels can lead to strain injuries.
Scientists said that frequent use of high heels can cause the muscles in the feet to become fixed in a flexed manner, even after the heels have been taken off.
When women use high heels regularly, it can cut short the fibers in the calf muscles and alter the position of joints and muscles in the feet.
It is recommended to women avoid using high heels on a regular basis
